While this place does a nice job I must say that I was disappointed this last time. Arrived at 630pm and was told to wait and so I did. Then when it was finally my turn (over an hour later) I was asked if I could come back the next day for my pedi. He would do my mani today. I told him I was not able to do that and he was not pleased. They rushed because they were closing. If they couldn't take me they should have said something and I would have gone elsewhere. I am not sure I will be back after this incident.

I love this place! My sister and I have been going here for about 6 years and Tony and the others have never disappointed me! I always come back!

Do not go here if you have any respect for your time. I walked in and asked how long the wait was - 30 minutes, which was more than what I had time for. I asked when I could come back, but they convinced me that it would actually be only 15-20 minutes, so I stayed. After waiting 30 minutes I got up to leave and they told me it was only 10 more minutes. I said I had to leave because it had been 30 minutes already, and they replied that it hadn't been that long. I was watching every minute because I have a newborn at home. Very unprofessional.

The massage chairs here alone are worth the pedicure. The nail salon/spa is up on manicure/ pedicure trends (services, treatments, sanitation/autoclave, and colors). Waxing services are offered here too, but I haven't personally indulged (I got someone else for that). They're pretty busy and loyal regulars have their favorite nail technicians so do not rely on a walk-in on a beautiful sunny day; make an apt! I've never had a bad experience with a nail technician; they're friendly and professional. The owners are friendly too and aim to please.

I recently started coming to Hot Nails and I love it! Every time I leave I can't stop staring at my nails for days. I would always struggle because I would get gel full set with an acrylic nail but now all I get is a no chip manicure. They take care of nails, and my nails are stronger and longer than ever!! :)
Wait time isn't bad at all and service is amazing!
