Thick . Ugly.
Embarrassment is my only outlook...what happened to the nice young man who used to work there 3 yrs ago. What was worse...having to argue with the man doing my nails. I only eanted to tell him how I liked them done. I didn't need a lecture on his 21 years experience. And when the owner asked me if everything was okay as I sit there drying my nails...what am I going to do ? Make a scene ? I might ... I probably should have... I just don't have another hour to waste for them to TRY to get my nails right. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME...AND MAYBE THEY WOULD HAVE. IF THE GUY DOING THEM LISTENED TO ME INSTEAD OF LECTURING ME ABOUT ALL OF HIS EXPERIENCE. We have two ears and one mouth for a reason...

Literally the worst nail salon of my life!!! The owner, Lyna helped me and I asked for a design and she said “yeah I guess” and told me it would be too much work basically. So I said forget it and just went with regular polish. I wanted a manicure. I didn’t get my cuticles cut, nothing filed. Nothing at all except an awful paint job, I could have done better myself. So after she put me under the dryer with nail polish all over my skin and what not I waited until she left and told another nail tech what happened and they fixed it and I told Lyna straight up it was the worst manicure I’ve ever received in my life. I don’t understand how this place has so many “great” ratings.

This place was horrible. The man in charge was extremely rude to my mother and I. He acted like I was stupid when I sat in a chair and he had to count out how many seats there were until it got to the one I was sitting in because he thought I sat in the wrong chair. My mother was trying to explain her nails to him and he was very rude and sarcastic to her and wasn’t listening to what she was saying because “that is not what I am wanting to hear!” As this was going on anther worker lady started laughing at my mom. Unacceptable and completely unnecessary. Rude workers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

My tech was excellent! My salon on RT. 20 closed so I pulled in here. Very nice place. I got manicure and pedicure. Tech answered all my questions well and was very friendly. All the staff we're suoer-nice as I watched them serve other customers. I was very happy and I go back.
