They talked badly about a client an made fun of her an she was feeling ashamed so I put on a translator an recorded them an showed her what they were saying. It was a lady with short brown hair an 2 men. It was terrible an she left an said she wouldn't be back an so did I. They are extremely unprofessional an disrespectful! I would never recommend not return. An did I mention racist! They said awful things.

Have been getting my nails done by Paula and her sister for many years. I went from having nubs to having fingernails. If you go to the Palm's have Paula to do your nails and design

Literally the worst experience getting my nails done. All the ladies were nice to me but the guy doing my nails was absolutely horrible. He filed each of my fingers so hard that I bled. Each nail was crooked and I got upcharged. I didn’t want to be difficult but I deserved my money back. After I was cleared to go, my nails go ruined opening my car door because they weren’t done like he insisted. So I came back in to get it fixed but I got attitude and harsh looks.
