I will NEVER spend another dime here again. I came in and got dip, and it was fine. Not the best, not the worst. I came back because I had a gift certificate and decided to try SNS base with a gel topcoat. A week later, on nail SNAPS and all of my others are lifting, so much so that my hair is getting caught in them. I came in to get them fixed and was basically accused of not getting them done in their Salon. I was then told that they never do gel over SNS. I can understand someone making a mistake, okay, I’ll never go that again. But then, instead of taking the time to fix all of my nails, they take the polish off of the broken one, but just gel on (leaving all of my other 9 nails looks thicker and fuller) and send me on my way. I am a religious nail gal, and I am happy to spend lots of money on good nails, and I get them done every month. I know what a good job looks like, and this is not it. I am beyond frustrated, and beyond annoyed. My nails now look awful next to one another, and I am upset that I was treated so poorly after spending my hard earned money on getting them done.

The atmosphere is great. I loved the music and the classy decorations. My pedicure was so relaxing and exactly what I needed after a long day. Thanks Prospect Nails, I will be back!

Have been going to this shop since the previous owner. The new owners, Ricky and Jennifer, have not disappointed. The service is great and they are excellent at what they do. Love this place!

I am giving 4 stars for Jennifer because she is an awesome nail tech and for the salon because it is beautiful and the pedicure chairs are fantastic, however I couldn't give 5 stars because Ricky is not the friendliest person in the building and can't worry about your experience. He will keep the tv on football even when asked to change it. I called in to schedule an appointment for Jennifer for tomorrow and he said he didn't know if she was working. He seems to act funny when anyone calls in to get an appointment for Jennifer.
