Two of my friends and I scheduled the angel package. It started out wonderful with a facial and massage. That’s why it’s getting two stars. If there was a place to rate just the nail service I would give it no stars. When I called to make the appointment, and on two subsequent phone calls, I informed them that I had gel on my toes and my fingers. I was told by three separate people that it was No problem. It was a nightmare. They had no product in house to remove the gel. It took nearly 2 hours to get the gel off my fingers and then I left with no nail polish and rough places of gel all over my nails. No manicure whatsoever. No cuticles trimmed. I honestly felt sorry for the girl. She had no idea how to fix the problem. I had so much anxiety by the time I left I completely wasted my money. My friends were done long before me and we’re waiting. They did come comp me for the manicure services but I still paid $160 and when I left there I felt terrible. Not relaxed. Now I have to go pay somebody to fix my nails. What a shame. I drove two hours for this special day with my friends and I will never be back. Really sad. I will say, that the front desk staff was extremely sincere and helpful. However, the damage was done. None of us will be back.

Wide variety of services, service packages, and products. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and intuitive to your needs. If you're looking for a place to relax, get pampered, and even have a little fun, this is the place to be. I've witnessed Misty, Elise, and Ashley fix any kind of 'Hair-mergency' Just take their advice and go through the processes. They'll fix you! Joei does some amazing nail work, and if you need a wax or facial, she's got you covered. Wendy is the Masseuse, and she is wonderful. She can get you feeling back into tip-top shape. Everyone here is willing to do their best to accommodate you. Appointments are best booked in advance, but if something goes wrong and you're in need of a last minute fix, they usually are able to fit you in.

I love this place! I had a cut and style with Elise and she is just great. She's fun, quirky, and really seems to enjoy what she does. I love what she did with my hair. Simple cut and layers and it looks awesome. I wish I could go every week just to be around her energy. I'll definitely be back!

Had an appointment for a gel manicure and after waiting 45 minutes, the nail technician rushed pushing my cuticles (even had me bleeding). After waiting 15 more minutes, I had to leave to get to a wedding. She quickly put a coat of clear polish on and charged me for a full manicure. Really, they should have paid me for wasting my time and injury. Don't recommend - would not go back!

So far, I’ve had three services here: a hair cut by Ashley, another hair cut several months later by Elise, and a massage by Wendy. All three ladies were talented professionals, and I left happy. I’m happy to have found a new salon (and spa!) a little closer to home.
