Loved every moment. I shared that I was in an extreme rush from the start and grateful to just make it for a gel pedicure. Very clean, calming, and attractive atmosphere. Definitely want to get a beverage ahead to enjoy more. My dream spot would offer coffee and cocktails! They were very accommodating—kind, thorough, efficient, and it was a great value. Here I am a week later and my toes still look awesome! Can’t wait to come back.

I had a good experience the first time I went, which led me to returning but then the second time I went it was the complete opposite. I walked in asking if there was any availability and told Gladys I wanted to get Acrylic fill in and color. I was told by Gladys they were too busy and suggested I come back at 345pm so I said that works and I'll be back. Later on in the day I called back (because I was having some babysitting issues) to see if they had any availability the next day in the afternoon. I was told no so I decided to keep the appointment.
I sacrificed my time (thankfully the babysitting worked out) to show up for my appointment and I am asked to pick a color for a pedicure so I stated: "No, I'm not here for a pedicure today, just my hands."
I wait patiently and when I was finally called I reminded the worker (not Gladys, someone else) I want acrylic fill ins and I was given a confused look. Then the lady tells me what I have is not acrylic fill ins and I look at her confused and say: that's weird because you guys did my nails last time and that's what i had. So, then she was insisting I had sv nails (or whatever the name is). So i said: "ok I guess I'll have that then...I just want the same thing I had last time." She still looks confused and then another worker jumps in the conversation and said: "well you have to wait because we have to take them all off and redo them..." me: "I'm confused, why do you need to take them off when i have the same thing? "
Then she says: "Because you have acrylic..." I said (frustrated) : "but that's what I originally said and you said it's not..." then she said: "you didn't tell us this over the phone"
Me: I didn't make the appointment over the phone! I made the appointment earlier today in person with Gladys since she couldn't see me earlier. I was very clear about what I wanted! I only called to try to change the appointment! " They all looked at me dumbfounded so i said: "You know what since this is way too complicated for no reason I'll go somewhere else." I took my belongings and left.
Oh and not only that happened, I realized they also lied to me about no availability the next day. When I got there I heard another worker taking calls and setting up new appointments for the next day.
I was heavily disappointed because I had such a great experience the first time and I didn't think I would have such a difficult time the second time.
I feel the staff do not communicate properly nor book appointments correctly. Not only that, they need to learn how to listen to what their customers are asking. I clearly was there for acrylic fill ins and it became this science project of questioning. I will not be returning.

Always go here. Professional and very friendly service. I will always recommend. Walk in joke. "He gets the hot pink". Lol!

Need customer service skills. They got upset because THEY couldn’t produce what I asked for... so I had them take it all off and start again. I’m paying for it and if you don’t know how to do it just say that, instead of acting like you do and mess it up... and if you don’t know how to do something be confident in yourself to do it. If not don’t do it at all. Self doubt is the worse.
