I went to get my sons haircut at Sports clips On Friday (which is where I go everytime he needs his hair done) I asked for the same hair cut I’ve asked for a million times before. The stylist was not welcoming almost as if she was put off by having to do my sons hair. I thought she understood what I was asking for but she didn’t say anything after I told her and went straight into cutting his hair. Her phone kept going off the entire time she was cutting his hair and even looked over a few times to look at the text and also had to deny a call coming in. The phone wasn’t even on silent. His hair was so uneven and not faded at all. He looked like he had a bowl cut. She looked like she tried to do an edge up on the right corner of his hair line ( which I didn’t ask her for) but even if I had it was awful there were still hair where there shouldn’t have been if she was doing an edge up and some longer then others. ( I have pictures of that). My husband was so up set that he asked me to go back and get it fixed. I had to watch how I talked about his hair in front of my son to not make him feel bad on how awful of a cut she did. I finally went back to the same location (I felt embarrassed that I even had to go get it fixed) on Monday. They got him in quickly and when I was explaining what I had originally asked for she told me that the stylist had done what I asked for. She argued with me and stood up for the stylist. I told her if the stylist had done what I’d asked for correctly my son wouldn’t have had such uneven hair and have a straight line with other hair longer on his forehead and his hair faded on the sides. (I do have pictures of before and after it was fixed halfway). I shouldn’t have had to come back and get my sons hair fixed but for her to argue with me and tell me I was wrong to the point she made me cry. I felt so uncomfortable and this all happened in front of my son. She ended up cutting a lot more hair off and evened up the back. She however said she couldn’t fix his hair line and said the only way she could fix it was if she went short on the sides. They already cut more than I wanted off in the first place. She told me that I would just have to deal with his uneven edge up and till more grew out to get it fixed. I will mostly definitely not be coming back to this location ever.

They were great! Liz is to notch and they were asking patrons to please wear masks. She worked around it like she's been doing this the whole time. From greeting and haircut to final wash and payment she was full of cheer and happy to see me. Great experience here as always.

Been going here for a few years. Hair cutters Lizbeth and Suzanne are the greatest. Very personable and give a great cut.

****DO NOT USE*** Stylist was asked for a high fade for my son leaving the top long, stylist gave him a bowl cut. My wife went back in to try and get it fixed so Liz the "manager" and the stylist told her she didn't know what she was talking about and continued to berate her until she cried. After finally getting them to stand behind their work they just decided to cut all of his hair off. I called in to complain and again instead of any sort of resonable explanation Liz tells me I'm wrong and hangs up on me twice. The lack of professionalism and customer service at this location is unbelievable. I feel bad for the franchise owner Matt that he allows this sort of behavior to drive away long time customers. The actions of employees are a representation of the business itself, this location has lost all Sports Clips 3 life long customers due to incompetent employees.

I came here for the first time because another barber just could not get it right. After like 3 times of having to ask them to fix an aspect of the haircut, I just quit and looked for another place which brought me here. Anahita was awesome. I told her to fix it and she got right to it and gave me an awesome fade. Saved the day and now I know who to come to for a nice low fade.
