I've been coming here since 2005 and I'm not coming back after the last time. Management changed a couple of years ago. Even though she knows I take the train to Baltimore, the new manager lies about how long something will take or pull a girl from the middle of my manicure to have her give someone else a pedi. I'm done missing trains because of them. Zero respect for a woman's time in there.

I did get arcrylic with Chromes gel here last week, she did carefully job! And they looked cool, highly recommended, I don’t understand why somebody wrote crazy comments....the manager and employees are very friendly

This place is awesome.
I’ve been going to mail places for decades ( I am very old ); I have seen a lot ; this is the best place I’ve ever been to. Everyone here so polite so customer oriented; so dedicated to their profession ; it’s the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. I’m a regular and feel so good after I’ve been . For the life of me I can’t understand why anybody would think otherwise.

I used to live right next to this spot, and since moving to another area in DC, I haven't been able to find an equal to this place in terms of price and quality. They consistently do a good job.
