Avoid this place at all costs. Walked in and saw Amy. Very nice lady but her work did not hold up. I got a dip manicure and the top coat came off the next day. Then, the entire nail came off on my thumb two days later. I went in to have it replaced and it broke the minute I got home. I stated that I wasn’t happy with the top coat as it was chipping already and was told it would be $15 to simply polish a different coat on top.
UPDATE: I went back to fix the second nail that broke and the woman stopped fixing my nail to talk on FaceTime. I asked her if she could just finish my nail and she just stared at me. When fixing the broken nail, she filed away one layer and begun packing more powder on and the nail is so thick and uneven. I spent $50 after tip and this set was not worth the hassle.

This place has always been great! Tu is honestly the best there. Nancy is also amazing!! I’ve never had a problem and will continue scheduling my appointments there. And even when I don’t have appointments I’ve never had to sit for too long. Great people and excellent customer service.

WORSTTT NAIL PLACE!!!!!!! I wouldn’t even give it one star but I had to. Rudeeeee customer service I didn’t even get what I want. I reminded the guy what I wanted and even showed him a picture TWICE than accused me of “me not letting him know”. As i moved to go dry my nails he let another client sit on my purse (usually at other nail places they help you move your things) Also, I did not see them sanitize tools when when were doing pedicures. The dude also accidentally got nail polish on my phone and the table and HE SAW that it got on my phone and he just wiped the table instead of my phone. I told him if he could please clean it and he made a rude face.

Love this place! Have been going for years and now my daughter and aunt come along and they love it.

Went for mani and what a mess. Polish all around my nails. My kid could have done a better job. I was surprised he actually said I was done. NEVER NEVER NEVER again ....
