Love Lilly, the nail tech. She does an amazing job and is so sweet to her customers. She could use some help up there. That's why the 4 stars. You have to wait while she calls in help if it's busy. I only changed nail places because I found a place I like very close to home.

I would give this place no stars if that was possible. Both my sister and I had terrible experiences. Not only do they NOT know how to do dip, but they also dont know how to treat customers. The "owner" yelled at us and refused to remove the dip in a timely fashion. He wouldn't even give her money back and just let her leave.
We came in to get manicures and dip powder done. They didnt do any sort of manicure, just went straight to taking off the old work and putting the dip on top. Didnt prep cuticles or anything. I was completely dissatisfied when I went to wash my hands and realized just how thick and uneven it was applied. I went to explain that the sides werent even and the "owner" started to yell at me that they had to be thick that thick and wasnt even listening to what I was trying to explain to my tech. I've had dip powder before and it never looked that thick or uneven. They put gel on top and it had stuck to my skin. I wasnt going to pay for that so I made them take it off.
My sister was trying to be nice and so she didnt say anything immediately but she paid $40 for gradient dip work that they said they could do but clearly couldnt. She was needing to get back to KC and didnt want to make anyone mad. I made her go back in because the work she had done didnt look remotely close to what they said they could do. When we went back in to ask for it to be removed and her money back they told us it would be an hour. They had 4 employees and only 2 were working. The owner knew she needed to get back to kc and was intentionally trying to get her to leave so he wouldn't have to give her money back. I dont recommend this place at all. More people came in and they magically had more people available to work after the owner just told my sister that she would have to wait an hour because they were busy.

I've never been disappointed. Great prices, nice employees, & good atmosphere.

Why I went back the second time is beyond me. The first time I went in was with my cousin. I had Lilly and my nails looked great! My cousin had a man with a horrible attitude! Her nails looked HORRIBLE. They were ALL uneven and not one of the nails matched in shape, not to mention her gel polish was coming off because they left polish all over her hands and she was trying to peel that off her finger. The second time I went back I had that same guy with a horrible attitude. Every single one of my nails were uneven. They all slanted down. After I tried telling him that he went out side and someone else had to come finish them. She didn’t touch the same just painted them. The gel was super uneven and had bubbles in it. I will not go back and do not recommend this place. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of Lili.
