Place is a joke and a mess. Went in there and basically told me they didn’t wanna do the bleach thing to my hair and basically said what THEY wanted to do. Not what I wanted. I told them I wanted it dyed burgundy and they basically told me no they can’t. And said bleach is a mess but they can do streaks in my hair which made no sense. But yet yall have pics of girls with bleach in hair?

Pretty new to area and been having a hard time finding a new stylist. Today I think I found my new gal! Was scheduled to have Hey Young. She called me a few days prior to get an idea of what I wanted(cut/color). She text this morning as a nice reminder what time she would see me today. She is very nice and personable, as were all the ladies! She was almost spot on to the stylist I've had for 30 years in Ca. I love my cut and color!

The Worst Customer Service Experience in Person and Telephone. Very Rude for No Reason. They Absolutely Have No Professional Stylist That Can Cut, Trim or Layer Indigenous Hair. But They Will Express Thier Bitter Feelings.. Go Elsewhere...

Tandi is an amazing nail tech. She is always such fun and so personable. She always fits me in and is patient when I'm indecisive on what I want.
I never leave disappointed....Always a great experience!
Sherri is a great hair stylist. She always does such a great job on my hair. I've always been very picky and she always exceeds my expectations.
I have referred both Tandi and Sherri many times.
