Marisa is awesome! She did a wonderful job on my cut and took her time to do it right, instead of rushing with me to get to another client. She was very gentle too. I could barely feel what she was doing to my hair. This salon has a great atmosphere and, when I arrived, Marisa made sure to show me around the salon and tell me about the different services they offer. I was thoroughly impressed!!

Love this place! Had a Brazilian blowout with Cindy and she saved my hair! Staff is always so amazing and polite. A Blissful Escape is truly true to its name.

Love the changes with the new ownership. Very friendly and community involvement is awesome. Anavel is awesome and will never steer you wrong in hair choices

I called and made an appointment and I was call 45 minutes before asking me to come an hour later. That was fine. It turns out I was move so the stylist could take a walk in from her friend. She was working on two other people when she started adding foils to my hair. She stopped my foils half way through and left me sitting for half an hour before she had time to finish. The bottom of my hair is lighter now. By the time she got to cutting it she was in an obvious rush and made a mess of it. I just needed a trim. I have messaged them twice to discuss this and I receive no response. So on top of the $150 spent at this salon I have had to go somewhere else and pay another $70 to have the cut fixed and have a toner put in because she left my hair an orangey/yellow. I also have a month of tanning that was paid for and I am no longer comfortable enough to go into this place to use it. The way I have heard them talk about other clients why would I? Go anywhere else but here.

My stylist Tonia is awesome. She did a great job on my high lights & cut. And her prices are good.
