Overall good service. My daughter has Trichotillomania etc. It can be a task with getting her hair done. There was a wait, which didn't help her anxiety but she loved the end result. My daughter can't stop talking and looking at her hair. She is only 5 but is very opinionated, she knows what she wants and likes. I want to Thank the young lady who put a smile on my daughter's face, kids bully what they don't understand. Her confidence sky rocketed. She is looking forward to her next visit minus the long wait, hopefully it will be shorter.

I love this place to the FULLEST! The lady's here are amazing, respectful and wonderful! No one made me feel uncomfortable and the vibe was great. Queen 👑 is master at what she does! I appreciate y'all!

The ladies who work here are amazing at what they do. I've been here twice in 2 weeks for 2 different services (silk press with Larria and box braids with Gwen) . Even when watching others get their hair done, you can see the great quality in work they all do. Thank you Miami X!

I brought my 4 year old daughter to get her hair blow dried and pressed for the first time for her VPK graduation pictures. Larria was accommodating with my schedule when setting up appointment. She was also very professional and sweet with my daughter, making this first experience at a salon a great one. Will definitely bring her back.

I go there all the time to get my dreads retwist and styled and a manicure at the same time. The stylist there are very professional and greet me every time as they make me feel like family. The staff there always smiling and know how to make me feel comfortable. I love this place. Very clean. And those brand new massage pedicure chairs is the sh*t i had to try it and fell in love. MIAMI X is my salon to go to for life. 💯✊🏿
