I have been coming here for many years, I normally don’t write a review. Yesterday I had came in and asked for dip on my nails and color on my toes and eyebrow wax, I chose pearl pinkish white and pink on my ring finger, and I had received off-white on my fingers and pink on my ring fingers. I had paid $75 plus $15 tip. That being said I was not happy with the white color on my fingers so I had one in the very next day early morning for a different color. Usually when you have an unhappy client you give them what they ask to be happy for them to come back. In my case it didn’t happen that way, Nia Had told me to pick a color, and I told her I have dip as she was the one that did my nails she said that she would have to start all over and I will be charged $40. So I said OK I picked a color and had a young girl paint bright orange. As soon as she had finished up Nia had told her to charge me $10 after knowing I had came day before and paid $95 total, so as of today my total came $105. Mind u she had picked out the color of my toes that does not match or not even close to the color of my ring fingers, asked for my corners of my nails to be filed so it wouldn’t be sharp and it was. I’m upset that this happened especially that I had be a loyal client to them for many years and for me to write a review. There are many salons I could have gone and I now be testing out because of this. Never again will I ask for big service. Super upset!!! I now have to leave on my vacation with non matching toe nails and finger nails i didn’t want. Worst experience ever had.

I've been here once because of their rating however within 3 days my nail polish came off and while they were doing my nails, they would move fast as if they wanted everyone out of there as soon as possible so that they have more customers. rude. Their prices are ridiculous.

Went to this nail salon for the first time to get a pedicure and a no chip manicure. The worse experience of my life, the pedicure is acceptable (not great), however the lady doing my manicure was completely incompetent and ruined my manicure!
She applied two coats of base in the most sloppy way I have ever seen, without cleaning around the nail, without dehydrating the nail. When I asked her why is she applying a second coat of clear her response was “to even your nail out.” Which is completely ridiculous as I haven’t worn “no chip” for 2 months and my nails are nice, straight and do not need to be even out!
She then applied 2 coats of the color I picked, the result was just awful. Nail bad not covered proboerly, missed spots on every single nail. I wish I had her name to warn you all. She then wanted to apply another coat of color and then the clear coat. That would be 6 costs of nail polish...RIDICULOUS!
I asked her to take the manicure off, even that was a hard task as she wanted to just apply a dry cotton to a nail bed and pour aceton over my entire finger!! That was enough. I decided to take it off at home by myself.
Please do not blame the color to be difficult to work with. You should be a specialist at this. You should know how to work with the product. You should be neat, clean, and precise. You should also own your mistakes, instead of blaming the color for being difficult to work with.
Something is majority wrong, if the nails done in salon look worse than nails done at home!!

Not good at all the owner doesn’t know how to paint nails. She said she is totally rude she has no manners as she made an excuse saying “ it could be the brand of the nail polish” but that’s a totally a lie she just want money that’s all .
