This is my third time being here. Highly recommend Ginger if you do decide to come here. Tina did my nails today, as I came in for a fill. As she started my nails her client walked in and asked in an irritated tone how long it would be. It seemed as though she had an appointment. Tina’s response was “ten minutes,” and that seemed rather fast to do my nails. I immediately thought I was going to be handed off to someone so she could take her client. That was not the case, my nails were done in 13 minutes. I’m not one to be rude and she asked if I liked my nails and from a glance they looked okay and I said yes. I sat down to get a pedicure and I noticed my nails were horribly shaped. My right side was so much longer in length and the acrylic wasn’t filed down nicely at all. I asked politely to the lady who was doing my pedicure if I can get my nails reshaped. Tina came over and asked what was wrong. I informed her that I felt my nails were done a little fast and the shapes were off and her response was “I asked if you liked them and you said yes,” I said nicely back “you asked if I liked them but at the time I didn’t notice the shape.” She pushed her hand out towards me in “whatever” gesture and walked away. No apology whatsoever. She came back with a nail filer, and at that point I did not want her to assist me. I asked if someone else could do my nails. She didn’t say anything and walked away. She told the manager what was going on and the manager just stared me down. She never came to ask me what happened nor offer someone to do my nails or acknowledge that I was dissatisfied about my nails . The manager walked by me several times glancing at me. When I walked up to pay, the manager said she was going to do my nails. She did not ask me what my concern was she just started filing. I stopped her and informed her of how fast my nails were done and showed her the length and shape in comparison. Her response was “I heard what happened” not once did she apologize. I would have felt a lot better if she at least asked me what was going on with my visit. As soon as I asked if the owners were in her whole demeanor changed. I will not again, based on how I was treated by management.

My nails turned out okay but me and my friend went and got the same design but got totally different colors and hers are cruked and not even smooth do not recommend, very rough and my nails are soar now from her filing my nails.

I have been a dedicated and loyal client to John B for *SEVERAL* years and I will continue to be loyal. Which means I will follow him wherever he goes. For reasons undisclosed, John has moved locations abruptly and therefore wasn’t able to notify his clientele. For those wondering - John moved to Cassabella on Plumb Lane right across from Costco! :)

I wish I could put a zero. The guy Jon was not listening to what I wanted and didn't even put one of the colors in the right spot then made it seem like I was inconveniencing him that he moved my stuff while I was washing may hands and then didn't even say a word after my experience. I've never felt more appalled and disappointed at a place when this is my third time trying them. I asked for this picture down below and got something totally different and the sliver was supposed to be on my middle.
