Kay, is Awesome with a capital A! She's very sweet and very professional. Her place and work is always clean and organized. My husband and my 2 girls and I go there every August and get mani/pedis as an end of the summer treat. I followed her from Fedora Kate to Ava Paige...Kay is Awesome!!! We really literally only go there and we live like an hour away!! That is how far I would travel cuz she's just that gr8 and we always leave Kay's with our hands and feet looking on Fleek 👍👍😍😍😍. Hope 2 c u soon Kay!!!

I've been going to Kay since 2012. I wouldn't give my money to anyone else. She takes her time and does a beautiful job everytime!

Seldom do I get a mani/pedi. It's been years! My nail tech did a lovely job. I have lots of ridges on my fingernails but she made them look beautiful. However, I had an issue with the nail colors matching. Apparently powder dip alters a color and subsequently will make toes and fingernail colors not match? Nevertheless, after expressing my concerns they worked on my nails helping me choose colors that would match. After some trial and error I am happy to report that I am satisfied with my mani/pedi. The grace, kindness and great patience of these lovely ladies really just makes me so happy! Thank you!

Ava Paige Nails is the best!! Kay has been doing my nails for years and she is absolutely amazing. She cares so much about her work and truly loves what she does. The same can be said of everyone who works with her. She always tries her best to get you in, including coming in early, staying late and coming in on her days off. She uses the best products, has more colors than you can even imagine, is up on all the new nail trends, and her salon is gorgeous!
I have to take a minute to respond to a negative review left by "Diane." I was actually in the salon during half of her and her daughters' appointments and I can tell you the nail techs were jumping through hoops trying to make her happy even when it seemed nothing would. She complained about everything, at one point even arguing over two dollars. Finally Kay agreed to accept whatever she was willing to pay just to stop her from complaining and putting on a show in front of the other clients who came to a high-end nail salon for a little peace and relaxation.
Just for the record, this is not a buy one get one free, everything is on sale type of nail salon. The prices are reasonable, but if you can't afford them, there are several salons lining Roosevelt Road that cater to a clientele who perhaps is accustomed to paying $20 for gel nails. I felt I had to speak up because it is hard enough to launch a new business without people writing unfounded negative reviews.
