Sometimes my experience is incredibly WOW and sometimes it’s a mediocre okay.
I haven’t had a disappointing visit in which it would be a 1 star- usually between 3-5.
I do find myself traveling to Katy from Sugar Land every other Sunday because I enjoy the shopping in the area, so I’ll stop in.
Depending on my length of massages and how well my heels are tended, I tip accordingly.

This is long overdue. It has been 3 years since I’ve been here and the bad memory is still stuck in my head. I went in for an eyebrow wax. I did not like the result but I figured I’d go home and told myself maybe I’m overreacting. The next day I went back and asked for a refund. That is when a different woman jumped right in rudely and said they do not offer refunds and that they can wax my eyebrows for free next time... I didn’t understand why they would think that I would want to come back. I live close to here and I will never come back. I drive out of my way to go to my favorite nail shop and I will keep it that way. Blessin

Got a pedicure & full set with shellac for $54! Most places charge $50 for just a full set & the way the lady at the first table on the left did my nails were beautiful (sadly I didn’t get her name) & I felt extremely satisfied! My pedicure lady actually gave me the full massage time instead of cutting it short! I either go here or Venetian nails down the street! Both are amazing!
