If I could give less than a star I would. The lady did my nails and most of the nails were uneven. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they were square. I asked her to please fix them and she made no effort into doing that. She sped through it instead of taking her time. I paid 10$ extra for diamonds all over my ring fingers and she made it look really bad. All the diamonds were spaced out and not all all what I wanted. I came back because I wanted to them to refund my money cause the girl really messed up my nails. They wouldn’t refund me so I told them you will fix my nails. She said fine and tried to fix my nails. Did not fix the uneven length. Still looked square. All she did was change the color and she was going to charge me extra for putting sparkles on my ring fingers when I paid 60$ for these nails. She didn’t even put the last coat on my right hand so my nails on the left had shine and my right hand look matte. THE LADIES HERE ARE RUDE AND LACK BASIC MANNERS. SUPER UNHYGIENIC AS WELL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE HAS BAD REVIEWS FOR A REASON. I wish I went somewhere else to spend my money. Again wish I could give less than a star.

Horrible experience. I went there to get off my gel nail polish and they just shortened my nails like nothing that too with a file. I would not have come here if I had to get the polish off by shortening the nails. I would have rather just used a nail cutter. The lady files my nails all the way till my skin. Also she did the massage without having my hand washed off after the heavy filing. So essentially my pores got clogged with all the nail dust. The staff was rude and also did not finish my nails before applying the nail polish. I would recommend no one very should go there and have an experience that would ruin your nails.

I wish i could give no stars to these people. bad service and my nails looked terrible. A 2 year old could've done a better job. They reuse their sterilizing pouch for God knows how many times. seal it and dont reuse them please. The pouch shpuld be sealed when they bring it out to you. please be careful.

I always feel very welcomed at this salon. The employees are friendly and the work is well done. They are also supportive of the local community and schools. Thanks Rivermark Nails!

I go here all the time because it's right by my house. But it's very expensive. They charge like $20 extra for gel. If you want a design its $20 more. They even have different price points for pedicures and if you want just a simple scrub it's like $20 more than the most basic pedicure. It's pretty ridiculous.
It also gets busy and they dont have a lot of staff. They have certain people who work there who only know how to do pedicures or paint nails. Only a few of the ladies can do all services like acrylic/fills, designs, waxing. Its important to call and make an appointment or you will be waiting all day for the one person who can assist you!
They are really nice though and the spa itself is a nice space. It's in a very convenient location (although finding parking can be a nightmare).
I think I'm ready to find a new place that doesnt add so many charges to what I feel are basic services that should be like $5 more, not $20. And a place with more trained staff.
But since this place is right by where I live, I'm sure I'll be back :/ its not horrible but I wish it wasnt my regular place because I know it's way overpriced and under quality of service!
