My first time at this place of business. I called in advance, made an appointment. No other customers in store when I arrived. It took the store owner 5 minutes to greet me, she was fiddling with overhead music controls. She finally sat me down, then proceeded to mess with her phone while ignoring me. I told her I wanted a set of acrylics, square French tip. The tips she applied were too narrow, leaving a jagged edge. When I pointed out the error, her remedy was to cut my nail to narrow it, cutting into the nail bed. On two other nails, she filed the sides so much, she was filing flesh away. She did not do square tips, I don't know how to describe what she did. This woman is not good at manicures, and is not professional. She complained about her X- husband and his new girlfriend throughout the manicure. She tried to fix her mistakes, but they weren't "fixable." I had to go to another shop to get a whole new manicure. This woman has good intentions, just no ability to do acrylics. Magic Ten is the place to go.

I paid 30$ to have a manicure my nails still have very visible red polish left on from when I walked in the door. I will NOT be going back.

This was the worst place I have ever gone to get my nails done!!! I went with my daughter for her birthday and they had us sitting and soaking our feet for over an hour! When they did get to us they only had one woman helping us. It was a half-way pedicure that they gave my daughter and her friend and I left without even getting mine done. Almost 2 hours and $52 dollars later I still don’t have a pedicure! This place sucks!!!!!

Execution of work needs improvement. Sloppy work initially and then timely back pedaling to compensate for the sloppy work. 3+ hours for a full set and pedicure. I was the only person in the salon... I guess that should have been a sign. I sat so long in the pedicure chair that it became uncomfortable instead of relaxing. This place needs to make some big changes. Waste of your time (a lot of your time) and waste of your money. The owner was the one who did my mani/pedi... if that doesn’t say something. Inexperienced.

Absolutely amazing! The ladies that work there are very sweet and do a fabolous job. They got us in right away and made sure to make is feel welcome. When they had to step away for a minute they were apologetic and made sure it was an appropriate time and were very respectful. It was a great experience for our relaxing girls day. Make sure to give them a try!
