I went in today for a walk-in pedicure. I was promptly greeted and asked what I needed. I asked if they had time for a pedicure and the man in the front said “just a few minutes and pick out color.” I picked a color and was motioned to sit in a massage chair and they put my feet a in hot bath. After sitting in there for 27 minutes without any of the workers saying anything to me I finally asked a nail tech to my left how much longer it would be and she said “20-30 minutes.” I told her forget it and if they didn’t have time to do my pedicure they should have just told me because I would have gladly ran errands and came back. Instead they wasted my time and lied to me when really it would have been an hour wait. I’m glad I spoke up and asked because I had already had wasted a half hour sitting there in now cold bath water. Very poor customer service. Don’t lie just be honest.

I have been going to Nails II for five years and I have never experienced anything mentioned in other reviews. Everyone there is always great, and I never have any problems understanding them. I would recommend the dip powder nails!! I have never been able to get away with no acrylics until trying this. It has made my natural nails very strong and healthy. They have great prices and great service.

Wife had nails done as a last minute stop. Bad bad bad!!!! Don't waste your time or money. Even saw a lady get cut twice! Avoid this place! The man even came to the car because he didn't charge enough! Bad juju! Asked for a refund and he said they have to take off the nails, wife's nails are sore from them working on them already, not going to let them do anything else. So he called police when i told him if he won't do refund, we will contact the card company with a complaint.

Horrible! The lady cut me not just once but twice. I asked her to stop and she didn't. I had to actually yell, "Stop! That hurts! You're cutting me!" She still tried to cut more skin! I again asked her to stop using the cuticle cutter and she did or I would have walked out. Horrible! Two of my toes are cut and they both still hurt the next day. I hope I don't get an infection.

This is terrible, my nails r lumpy, he cut me with the drill, were very rude, over priced
