The amount you pay for the service is ridiculous, considering how long it takes from entering the shop at the time you booked and leaving. There is very little respect for time and while the ladies are all extremely nice, I waited over an hour and a half just to be seated. For those who enjoy going to the salon for a social experience, this is the place for you, but for those who have busy schedules and cannot be sitting in the shop all day because the stylist is chatting with others, I would suggest going elsewhere. My hair turned out very well, but I'm afraid I won't be returning any time soon.

I'm always nervous about trying new salons because I have mixed hair and have had very mixed experiences as a result. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at Zina's and always receive a warm welcome. Brittney really takes the time to walk me through proper hair care as I learn how to love it in its natural looks. Sometimes, they're awfully overbooked, but it's a fun, all day experience.

I've been coming here for over 10 years! I am NEVER changing hair salons. Great people, great service, great results you won't regret coming to Zina's!!

Very good place to get hair done i got to get my dreads re-twisted here and there, customer service is great and scheduling for appointments is easy, alsonthey have a referral program

Complete disregard for customer's time - go if you have all day to waste. Got there on time, Zina left me under the dryer and disappears for over an hour - my hair never took more than 40 mins to dry... so my head started burning.. she shows up with her shopping bags and proceeds to do someone else's hair instead of finishing mine... 2 1/2 hours for a wash/set for $45 dollars ... ridiculous to say the least!!!
