Yeah I don't see why people complain about. It's a school for students to learn and practice from customer service to skills at reasonable prices. Fancy demands? Go to a regular salon and pay regular prices!

I think the funniest part is that the supervisor or whatever took over after the student messed up my hair and it STILL came out uneven. WILD. Yeah, I can't complain too much since it was a haircut in the single digits but really...

You get what you expect. I expected to receive a fantastic hairstyle at bargain basement prices. It's a shame only people who've had negative experiences rated this school. The students do wonderful work, for the most part. And $9 for a wash and set is a steal!

After I told the front desk person I wanted a trim, I sat for over 30 minutes. As I sat and waited and waited and waited, I saw several educators who never spoke to me at all. Suppose I was a potential student? I was astounded by the lack of concern for my wait. Finally when a student became avaliable, I mentioned again I only want a trim. That is when I was told I would need a wash as well. My trip and wait was wasted. I've had services done before. I've been pleased, but each time I've waited. I ask that the folks in charge would think about the image presented to the public. We could be your greatest marketing tool.
