I have been going here for years. And Tina has never disappointed me. She's Awesome!! And there is a young lady there forgot her name but she hooks my feet up every time!!

I was hoping this would be my new nail place since I recently moved back into the neighborhood but I’m not exactly sure anymore. I’ve gone twice. The young woman who did my pedicure both times did well and was very pleasant but the older woman that did my shellac manicure wasn’t as pleasant—to me at least. If I’m leaving a $30 tip, I’d at least want someone who is polite enough to speak/say thanks and I’m welcome. I would recommend this salon, though, just not that particular nail tech.

Me and My wife go in for Mani/Pedi. My wife has been a couple of times and my kids. I have never been. They put both of us in the back for Pedicures and the young man runs the water. Tina is my wife preferred person, I didn’t care. After sitting for and hour and a half and 4 to 5 customers later. I need to get going so I mention that I don’t care who does the pedicure, I need to go. The young man and the owner says “men don’t do men pedicures”. I said that’s a bit of discrimination. The owner says it’s her rules. She mention that another lady will help me soon. I noticed the young lady she was attending to came in after me. Also, 4 of the 5 customers were there after me. Long story short the customer service was terrible and the owner said if you don’t like it to my wife then just leave. Never will this place be patronized by my family again. I have been in customer service for 18yrs. Never would I have a customer wait that long, or say something like that ever.

They have nice service but this was my first time being to this place and she was gentle until she got to the buffing or whatever it's called and nicked almost every finger. My fingers were burning for hours
