I’ve been going there for more than 10 years & their quality of work has dropped significantly over the years. My last set was done in a hurry & because I was on vacation & dealing with familial loss it wasn’t until now that I notice how badly the set was done.
•Some of them are noticeably not the same length.
•The polish that was meant to be color changing polish, that I was charged extra for, never changed colors.
•They wanted to charge me extra to put my stones I brought with me on my nails & I only wanted one nail on each hand to have 4 stones each.
•The new growth on some nails is way more than others meaning that some of the nails were sculpted so that the acrylic nails were too far away from the cuticle.

First off it was my first time going & this was a week ago.. literally had to go back in my phone history literally forgot where it was.. but yes the young lady Jasmine, only black girl working there was amazing!!!! she picked the right color for me being indecisive & loved how she did my pedicure😍. Mad🤦🏾♀️ I didn’t get a chance to get the young guy name who did my nails shaped/cut them just right too cute but I’ll remember next time to ask because I will return there again.

I stopped by Sunday for pedicure and brow arching. The place was packed. Covid protocols be damned! I am fully vaccinated and continue to mask when I leave my home. Social distancing was not enforced. Masking was apparently optional for customers and employees were not wearing masks correctly to cover nose and mouth. Did I mention the place was packed? There was no place to sit and wait for my toes to dry. The manicurist finished my feet and we both looked around for a place for me to sit to dry my toes. No such luck! She said 'sorry' and went on to her next customer. I would not recommend this establishment.

They do great eyebrows! But there’s only one person who does them. So it gets backed up and next thing you know you’ve been waiting for an hour... (true story). I always like my eyebrows but the experience is never easy going. The wait is long and you have to deal with the attitudes of all of the others ladies waiting to get their brows done too. Today people started arguing because of it!! They should either hire multiple eyebrow techs or get a ticketing system. Either way, I’m only not going back because of the wait. Or maybe I’ll go during the week? I’m not sure but Saturday mornings are a big NO. So beware.

The wait was insane plus the lady who was doing the eyebrows never told me to sign my name on the clipboard therefore I was waiting there for a long time for nothing. I would never recommend this place to no one even though my daughter goes there, but I would never ever again I was so disappointed wasting my time and on top of that when I walked into the nail shop someone was in her chair they put in tape on folks eyelids who does that!! Not Professional at all!!!!!!!
