I have been attempting to schedule with this place for a long time. I received a Groupon gift for this place and its been impossible to schedule anything.
First time I called I tried to schedule for three no chips but they said that they did not have many techs available to do more than one. So then I tried to schedule for one on a Saturday and they said they only accept groupons during the week. (does not indicate this on Groupon)
Then I tried to schedule and they replied that I needed to have the Groupon on my phone. Problem is I received this as a gift so I have print out.
I told them this and person in the phone stated they never received the machine to scan groupons so they need it on my phone. Really?!?!
I'm so I have given up on trying this nail salon!

I have been a client for over 7 years, I wont go any other place. Plenty of parking available on the main street and on the side street.
