I've been going to this Chic Nails for a little over 2 years now. I always only work with Tiffany or Sam when I go in. Each time I go in they always do the best job on my nails and I always have so many compliments! I drive about and hour to get there, even when there's places closer to me. Trust me, it's worth the drive! Tiffany and Sam are willing to do whatever style/color/shape you want! All you have to do is speak up and tell them what you want! For anyone considering a new place to go, to I highly recommend Chic Nails and going in and asking for Tiffany or Sam!

I have to say being from NY(& we are fussy) when I found Chic Nails after trying 4 others Tiffany & Sam were HEAVEN sent! The salon is clean They are friendly that I almost felt like family, They truly are the greatest! I will Never stray away from them! Immaculate store, friendly faces, wonderful workers and Handsome Hansen's angelic smile to warm your worst day I a NATIVE NYC woman highly recommends Chic Nails , for Nail, Pedis and the " dreaded waxing" that makes use beautiful

I went to this salon for 3.5 years. All their good employees quit bc they treat them like trash—— (relax you’re a salon owner not president of the US)... they leave their 7/8 month old son around the salon to inhale the acrylic dust and crying, and pass him off to any employee/customer who will hold him. I first hand witnessed his pacifier fall on the disgusting floor and they put it straight into his mouth. The only reason I kept going there was because I remained loyal to my nail tech. Now that they r gone I feel good with sharing the full experience. Owners are racist + selfish + GREEDY. Will charge u for anything they can. Also if you make an appointment they will still make you wait because they force their employees to take the walk ins even if they have a client coming in.

Been coming for years and always have had great service. You WILL wait at busy times if you don't have an apt, so if you're planning on coming on evenings or Saturdays as just a walk-in, just make an apt to save yourself the time and trouble of waiting. Totally worth it. Clean place and friendly staff.

I was going to this salon for a few months to get my acrylic nails filled every few weeks. I think the employees do a good job on nails and they’re all friendly, but I think the prices are a bit ridiculous and they will charge you for every little thing they can...they even charge $5 extra if you want the coffin shape for your acrylic nails. I like to get my nails done early in the morning so I get to the salon a few minutes before they open, but they never open on time. There have been numerous times they open 10-15 minutes late on a Saturday morning with clients waiting outside. I highly reccomend not making an appointment and just walking in instead. The employees take walk ins even if they know they have an appointment with a client shortly. I also noticed when I’m there in the morning, employees show up whenever they feel like it with Starbucks in hand. Every morning i’ve been there, there are employees calling late employees asking where they are and when they’ll be in. I’ve seen clients with appointments in the morning wait a half hour to 45 minutes for their nail tech to show up to work. I think the nail techs do a good job, but they do not care about their clients and are not very responsible.
