I dont know why I gave a second chance. May is so rude. I have had her twice now and regret going back. She keeps trying to force unwanted things, like gel polish/more expensive pedis/nail shape. She had the nerve to tell me my fingers are wide and I should do what she likes. She grabbed my phone to show me pictures and said i would look better if i did it her way. When it came time to pay, she asked me not only this time, but last as well, will my tip be cash or do i want it added on the card. You dont ask for a tip!!! I regret giving one. I wont be back!

This place is under new ownership /management and name (violet Orchid spa) even though there were lots if bad reviews, my friend and i gave it a try we were pleasantly sure surprised. walked in at 545 on a Friday night with no appt. there was a short wait as it was busy, but the staff was great! kept us updated on time frame and was super friendly. they did a great job on my nails. every part of the salon was clean and organized from what i could see. will definitely be returning.

Went here exactly a week ago. Made my app for 7 didn’t get started till 745, they called and politely let me know there was a back up, which I understand but still annoying. I have had 2 nails fall off already. Not break, literally fall right off like some CVS nails. I paid $55 for a pink and white fill which didn’t end up good anyway, and lasted an exact week. I work 630 in the morning till 630 at night and this places hours were convenient as they are open till 9, but I will not be returning. They also rushed my friends pedicure, about 8 minutes total.

This place sucks. Dont paint nails well. Dont let kids do their nails. Dont understand what they’re saying (they could be talking about you but you dont know that) i would give it below one star but thats not even possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WASTE OF MY MONEY. Please take this advice. I dont want people wasting there time in this nail salon. Ruined my nails. Made them so dirty and put no effort at all. Sloppy and tells you to pay extra just to file my nails and feet! Overall, never coming AGAIN. I got a gift card and they still told me to pay.😡😡

I have never had a bad experience here! They are clean, nice, and very perfesional. They have always done a good job and offer discounts for “early birds” I just started going to Lisa she’s awesome and very nice and funny!
