I have been going here for over 15 years, I am always happy with my hair. I get compliments all the time on how my hair styles and colors fit me.

I asked them to color my hair platnum, they argued with me n told me it wouldn't look natural, I didn't want natural... They colored my hair n after they told me they colored it mocha to make it look more natural.. I hate how my hair looks now n after 100 hair color i cant afford to fix it n it is nothing like the picture i showed them or what I asked for.. So dissatisfied n disappointed. I hate my reflection, they just did what ever they wanted. Verry unhappy about the whole situation.

They are so irresponsible.if you wait even 1 hour to ask a simple question!they don't even Care! They will look at you but not gonna ask what you need.!!!!! Such a stupid customer survice and unprofessional !

I had a horrible experience at this salon. I went to have my hair cut on 5/21/16. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted done. She said that she could cut my hair like the picture. It took her 45 minutes just to cut the back and sides of my hair. She neglected to cut the front at all. When I showed my parents, who paid for the haircut, they were not pleased. We all went back to ask for a redo, but the hairstylist who cut my hair was not available at first. All of the other staff members ganged up on us and said that my hair was too curly and a different texture from the picture. This was never discussed prior to cutting my hair. Also, they complained because my Dad did not leave a tip. they felt he should have. They refused to fix my haircut and told us to leave or they would call security. Also, they charged me for a shampoo and conditioner which was never done. When I went back, there was only one other customer which was probably why they all could gang up on us. I can see why the salon was practically empty with this kind of treatment. On the receipt, it does say satisfaction guaranteed. I wonder if the workers here realize that. I would definitely avoid this Regis Salon for anyone who needs a good haircut and caring stylists.
