Never found out what the outcome was. Not greeted, sent to back to sign in, told wait would be an hour and a half. I signed the book never came back!! WTH!!! Reviews were good but different when you go in.

Eyebrows are always on point. I travel from Long Island to go do my eyebrows by Andrea. She's the best! Very professional, always smiling!

This place is never open. Andrea is good at shaping brows, but good luck actually getting service. The hours are extremely inconvenient and unpredictable, especially if you work in the city. On more than one occasion, I’ve left work early just to get there well before her 6 pm closing time only to be shooed away. And on the weekends, expect to be waiting forever. I’m officially over it.
