Five stars instead of four to help bring up such low undeserved rating. My experience was straight forward. Everything is disclosed to you. If you agree to the cost of using this agency then you'll have a good experience. I saw some really terrible apartments and then I saw one that I liked and got it because it's first come first serve. Communication was good and timely. My experience with rentnoho was worth the cost they charge. They're honest and upfront about everything.

I'm surprised they're still in business. If they were the only rental agency in town, my wife and I would have been in trouble- our previous house was sold and they knew that I had to move, so they only showed us bad properties. They dragged out the process so long with unresponsiveness (they wouldn't call back for days). I can't believe they had the right to charge a rental fee. Try Craig's list or something else, for your own good.

Apartments are poorly maintained, this service is used by slumlords to exploit college students desperate for housing. Avoid at all costs.

While helping a friend look for an apartment, I was told if he didn't have $2000 a month income, he would need a co-signer. He was looking for a $600 apt. And his income is just under $2000 as he had a stroke at 54 and after working hard all his life, they really weren't interested in helping him! They also wanted a $35 application fee and 60% of the months rent as payment. Didn't give in the application as they did not seem encouraging. They are obviously only out for the almighty dollar! I'll go to Robinson's thank you!

While everyone was professional and timely during the process of renting through Rent Noho, this company led me to rent a filthy, infested apartment in dysfunctional condition. I paid Rent Noho over $600 in order to rent the apartment I currently live in in Easthampton. I assumed that with a fee this large the company would ensure that I was going to be living in a suitable space with a functional property manager. Instead when I moved in there was mouse poop all over the kitchen, weird larvae in the cabinets and brown sitting water in the tub and sinks. It was so gross and devastating after spending all of the money I had in order to move into this space. I contacted them about it and they said that they were not responsible for the state of the apartment and only participated in the finding of the apartment. I would never pay this organization again to facilitate my home finding, they helped me get roped into a lease to a slumlord who continues to ignore my please to fix our running water.
