I've been here at least 4-5 times and have not had a bad experience yet. The salon is very nice and the service is above par. I will definitely continue to come here!!! I drive all the way from Sandy Springs just to have Angel do my nails here.

Worst service ever do not come here! Ladies were extremely rude from the beginning but we stayed anyway thinking the nails would at least be good. I asked for nails with added tip for French nails and I paid $40 she couldn’t even do a basic flower! Terrible service was less than eloquent.

I’ve come here several times before and I’ve always had great service. However this time was different I set an appointment 2 days in advance I was on time for my appointment but apparently they had over booked. When I arrived I was asking did I have an appointment I told them yes she said ok we’ll be right with you. I stood there for 10 min before I was taken to me chair . Got to the chair no water had been run sat there another 10 min I then asked could somebody just run me so water. The lady then tells me sorry we’re really busy and we don’t have enough nail technicians and asked did you have an appointment I told her yes she said sorry again then walks off. Not good service I hope they read this because I’m not a happy customer right now and I will have to think about coming back. I drive 20 miles to come here but if I’m going to be treated this way I can stay on my said of town

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I have been a customer for over 3 years. About 6 months ago they started to give the worst customer service. They never greet their customers with a cordial greeting, instead they ask if "you have appoinment?" If you dont have one they will not take care of you. Since I know this I decided to set up an appointment today June 1st, 2018 at 7:15pm. I came in on time to the place, but I was served by 7:50pm with the worst attitude and the quickest service ever. I was offer a 20% off because of the delay, I requested the signature pedicure and manicure well I got the cheapest manicure and the quickest with the worst attitude ever, making the most ugly faces. By this point i have already paid for all the services. My last service was my eyebrows and upperlip the lady said "you have not paid for that yet, I said I did I paid $13 for both" she said is $5 more do you want it or no? I said yes that is why I came because I need the service. Well I paid the $5 extra and she was all over my upperlip and the wax was on my lips. I got up very quickly, she said "what happened one more one more Chico Chico" something like that. I got out of the room and felt on the floor.Happens that the person who was mapping this not had signs or anything to announce it was wet. They only said sorry sorry but nothing else. I am a very passive person, I have worked retail and customer service all my life. I understand being busy tired and wanting to go home, but when you have a loyal customer you treat them with respect and care. I will never recommend this place NEVER!!!!

The inside is nice, but the quality of work and service does not match the look they’re going for. Only if the service was as nice as in the interior decor. Over priced, the owner seemed nice but the employees doing my sister and I mani pedi were miserable. They did a mediocre job. Something I could’ve done my self at home. Not coming back! $84+$10 tip. I usually tip more, but the service did not match the price. Oh and to mention they charge $5 extra for opi shine regular nail polish. Rip off. I deducted that from their tip. And left with no complaints. Joann Nails quality and service is better, the establishment is not as nice inside. That’s it.
