I live very close and never knew it existed! I was thrilled with my experience! Very clean, super friendly and attentive staff, and excellent service. I definitely recommend this location very highly for a pedicure. I will absolutely be back!!

There were 3 techs on duty. I was greeted by one tech who was very friendly and didn’t have a client at the time; but I ended up being serviced by another tech (a woman who said that she was from Pakistan) who came from out of nowhere and seemed to just jump in and take over the greeting/service. No big deal. Maybe they had an arrangement in place. She seemed nice. Problem #1 I was quoted one price, but was told another price later, in which the tech that did my service seemed slightly irritated due to my questions about pricing. It was a simple misunderstanding that was resolved, but the techs didn’t seem to be on the same page about pricing, or whatever the special was for the day. Problem #2 I was seated and had to wait on the tech to go do something, twice. There were two other techs there (both very friendly) without customers and I still had to wait; and when my tech came back to me, she didn’t seem to have all the equipment she needed on her table, so she just kept getting up and looking around for things..which took more of my time. Problem #3 My tech was slow moving and seemed a little loopy. She didn’t put enough energy into filing my nails and kept having to reapply the gel powder and file more because she had applied the gel either too thin in some places, or too thick in others. She seemed either medicated or tired. Furthermore, her own natural nails looked terrible. Most of them where broken or uneven, and she only had chipped polish on a few of them. Her nails had dirt underneath them, and she even had 1 false unfinished nail glued on. I didn’t want to prejudge her work based on her own nails, but how is that good for business? It’s not. And I should have known better. Problem #4 Although she seemed nice, the tech kept asking why I chose the color that I picked, and if I was sure that’s what I wanted. It was almost like she didn’t approve.. as if it really mattered. To make matters worse, the polish she initially used was old and it would not go on my nails evenly. The first thing she told me was that the problem was the color, not the polish itself. I told her that I had been getting my nails polished in that color a lot recently and it has never been a problem at the other salon. She asked again, if I wanted to change. After I told her no, and just before I was about to just pay her for the work thus far and leave, she went and found new polish in my color. Because I was getting shellac polish and it had dried under the UV light, she then had to file off the old polish in order to put the new polish on....which took more of my time. And, although the new polish went on smooth, her polishing skills were lack luster. Even with 3 coats and a clear top coat, the polish was uneven. It was as if she just didn’t have the focus or energy to do it correctly. I looked at my finished nails and although the shaping was decent, overall her skills were mediocre. The service she gave (full set w/ shellac) was not worth $46.00. I basically stuck in there with her until the end when I should’ve gotten out of there All the signs were there that I was going to have a bad experience, I guess I was trying to give her the benefit of doubt. Towards the end of my service she had told a new client (who was in a hurry) that she’d be done with me within ten minutes. I just didn’t have it in me to raise hell about my nails, or else I would’ve asked her to fix my polish, but that would’ve taken up more of my time, and I had already been there for too long, in my opinion. In her defense, she kept asking if I was ok; if I had any questions; and if I liked what she was doing. Well, I personally was ok. No, I didn’t have any questions. And I tolerated what she was doing because she attempted to fix her mishaps. My main issue was the final polishing, it was very uneven. I paid her and got out of there because I was tired and ready to leave. I gave the nail salon 2 stars solely based on how friendly they were.

The worst manicure I've ever gotten and I normally don't complain. It's chunky and clumped up on the sides. I immediately want to go to my regular salon to have them redo them for me because they're already driving me crazy. I wish I could get my money back because that was just a waste of my time and money. They didn't even have the color I wanted or anything even close to similar so I had to choose something entirely different so that was disappointing. The girl was sweet but it didn't feel like she was well trained. A little awkward when giving me my manicure. Will never go here again or recommend

This place has been my go to for the last couple years but over the years it has become run down and I never see the owner anymore. They used to be present in the shop making everything run smooth. Now the techs run the place and they don't seem to have direction. They do not set wait time expectations and they only have 3 techs on Saturdays. This is not good business when most people get their nails done on Saturday. The massage chair does not work anymore, the technicians stations are run down and the tools do not look sanitary anymore. They rush through their jobs to get the people waiting for over an hour. They would be excellent again if they would adjust their business practices.

Not enough people to serve everyone. Waited over an hour when I was told 20-25 minutes. Thats ok if I have to wait longer but an update and not taking people who got there after me before me would've been nice. Other than that the place is awesome. Great price for great work!
