I went online to look up their number and noticed they have 4.2 stars average. I was surprised it was that low and started reading any negative reviews that would have affected their ratings. I have been going to 5 Star for 20 years. They are always very friendly, very clean, and have always done a wonderful job. Their pricing is more than fair and I have NEVER heard a bad word out of any of their mouths. It leads me to believe a couple of people may have selected the wrong 5 Star. I have seen Nancy, Jenny, Lynn, Shawn, Andy,....they are all wonderful and professional.

My nails were uneven and inverted instead of having a nice arch. He forgot to top coat a nail and it was all sticky and forgot to file a nail, and were left kinda bumpy. His cell phone was going off so much I felt like he payed way more attention to his phone than my nails and the length of them were all uneven. Also they had a build up of acrylic under them and I had to peel acrylic off all my finger tips when I got out to my car. Also the gel on top was put on over my cuticles. Very disappointing service. I would have come back to get them fixed but I just didn't have the time.

I have been going here for 4 years now. Joann is the best! Very happy with her service. I get lots of compliments on my nails. Five stars for Five Star Nails!
