The bed was very uncomfortable, i tossed and turned all night! I paid valet for 1 vehicle that immediately left and they charged me for my vehicle also. None of the hotel staff members that i met were even pleasant and making sure i enjoyed my stay, but the 1 valet guy from the night before. As i was walking out of the hotel door with my bag a big guy came up and demanded and i mean demanded me put on a mask. I told him that I’m leaving for good and he added a smart remark saying well when you’re in here you wear a mask. I said sir if I’m leaving why even approach me and upset me like this? He then proceeded to keep arguing and try to keep me inside arguing but while I’m explaining i get a mask but by then he’s called managers and instead of reducing the altercation they proceeded to make things worse! I don’t Reccommend any one staying here. The environment is not friendly or does it make you feel welcomed. They are the type of hotel that if one person call you wrong then you’re wrong and there’s no changing that regardless of what you’re trying to explain. It’s just bot customer satisfying to me! Horrible horrible experience

Our stay at the Live! By Loews was superb! Check-in we were greeted and checked in by Corey who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the property. After retreating to the room we were greeted with a friendly text ensuring all things were well with the room and they were. I enjoyed the feature of being able to text any questions or concerns. We did have a single issue with valet parking which was no fault of the hotel Keyvaughn went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He ensured we arrived at our dinner reservation on time and picked us up with no wait. He was definitely our favorite employee, he made us feel like family and it was great that he was from our home state of Louisiana. Vee was an amazing bartender, very friendly as well. Nakia, our server in the restaurant was great. Please send her our happy birthday wishes as well! We only had time for breakfast, but both morning the food was great! The hotel appearance inside and out was pretty and clean. It is in a great location and we will definitely return. Social distancing and all COVID-19 precautions are enforced with sanitizer and mask readily available! Thank you all for the great service you offered this weekend!

Very nice design, location and friendly/courteous staff.
Nice pool and view of the Cowboy's stadium.
Unfortunately too many issues to make me want to stay again.
Shower did not drain properly and backed up.
Toilet would not flush while shower was running.
Air conditioner did not cool room. Slept without sheets to prevent sweating.
Ice machine on floor was leaking and broke.
Only valet parking ($38/d +tax), although very friendly, slow at peak times...20 minute wait.
Items from pool bar were charged to our room...but were removed after calling customer service.
Loud noises at night, at 3am (sounded like a lawn crew using leaf blowers).
We had unidentified stains on our comforter.
The hotel is less than 1 year old, very nice look and design and very friendly/engaging staff, but it had too many issues for a new property that distracted from our comfort and overall experience.

Best Hotel Ive stayed in. Will be back. The front desk lady last night on 11/12/20 was so nice and Pleasant. She really made me feel like I made a good choice choosing this hotel. The bell hop guy was great too and the valet guys were too.

I would recommend not putting guests in rooms near Texas Live when there are known parties planned (Halloween Party)...the heavy base was unbearable and we had to move. The hotel was at very low occupancy so we shouldn't have been put there to begin with. However, the front desk GSR did a spectacular job quickly getting us moved to the opposite side of the hotel where no music (being generous there) could be heard (and more importantly, felt). Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay! This is a beautiful property and the staff made it even better!
