I love my nails when I leave! I do no get fake nails I keep my own strong with gel polish which lasts almost 2 weeks. Emily is great so are on and nancy.

They are in a hurry even when there is no one waiting, I had to have her fix my french tips multiple times (uneven lengths, texture), the polish had to be redone because she was sloppy. My pedi hurt!! From the massage to the nail clipping. Just felt they were rushed for time. Oh and I was made to wait while my girl did 2 customers eyebrows that came in after me. There were only 2-3 customers in the store while I was there and 3 employees.

Last 2 visits here were awful. Last time I left with what looked like chiklet gum at the tips of my nails they were so thick.. was desperate so I went again. The lady spent maybe 15 min on my full set she rushed thru even though I was the only one there. She burned me w the drill a few times, nails are crooked even after I showed her which ones to fix.. No base coat, didn't seal the bottom, didn't do anything w my cuticles & it looks like I need a balance on a couple of them already bc she didn't go up far enough with the acrylic & they're way too thick again. I'm a licensed cosmetologist so I know how a mani is supposed to be done. This is the only place I've gone to where my nails break way too soon. Equiptment is never clean, dirty files etc. There was one time I went that iI was satisfied & I'm thinking it was bc i paid extra for coffin shape & gel. I'm not usually one to complain but I could go on & on! But this is already too long. Was also over charged I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Minus stars if that was an option. Rant over I'm gonna go try to fix my nails.

Rude and unprofessional staff arguing with one another. Very rude to customers.. The salon is nice inside but needs new management. Go elsewhere.

I came in for a balance and received very poor!!! All of my nails were shaped oddly and uneven. Even after repairing my service it still looks awful. I left very unsatisfied and we'll have to get my nails redone.
