I got a full set gel on 5/30. It was my first time coming to this salon. By 6/1 they were already lifting. The woman who did them was so incredibly kind I really liked her. Today on 6/12 I went in and very kindly asked if they'd take them off for free since I have had one fall off, my hair is stuck under another. All 9 are now lifting badly and the gel has yellowed. They rudely told me I had to pay for the soak off, she "can't have her girls work for 45 minutes for free". I was also told that they lived because of how I use my nails, and they're too long for me. This isn't my first rodeo. Just absorbing the $12 charge for a soak off would have made me happy, I wouldn't have written a negative review, and I would have returned.
With so many salons in the area, customer service goes a long way.

Love this place. They do great pedicures. My manicures have always looked great! They are great with children too. Took my daughter for a manicure and she loved it.
I've gotten eyebrow waxing too, and it comes out great as well!

I’ve been coming here for a long time! Sherry is the best, along with all the other nail technicians. They are so friendly and always make sure you get what you like. If you don’t, they are more than willing to fix it to your liking. VIP is the best!

I used to come here all the time with my little girl, but haven't been in a while. It seems that service has gone down and prices are going up! As of May 1st they charge a fee of $2.50 for using credit or debit cards and also charge $3.00 if you want more than 2 colors on your nails. (Maybe if you want 2 colors and a glitter accent nail for ex) They are VERY NICE TO THEIR OLDER REGULARS THOUGH. The lady that did my nails and toes this trip was rushing and did not want to do my nails how I WANTED. She kept frowning her face and shaking her head no. I used to LOVE this place and nail techs were thorough and neat. Maybe it was a bad day, or I had a bad experience, but I will go elsewhere next time.

Love loveeeee love Vip. Sherry is simply AMAZING. She's a perfectionist, and everyone wants her so be sure to call ahead of you want her to service you! I've been with VIP for years, and they never seem to disappoint me!
