I was at quan this morning. I was displeased with the way they were doing my nails. They were beginning my feet and just put the tip on my nails when i kindly asked them to stop what they were doing because they gave me attitude on behalf of their mistake. As a loyal customer, i just had enough. So as i was leaving they told me to pay, i asked to speak to the manager. She said “you complain too much”, so as i was leaving these two employees pulled my hair and pushed me away from the door. The manager watched all this happened and when the cops showed up they all came together and told them a different story. I even saw the 2 ladies that attacked me show the officers the way they stood at the door with both hands behind their back. I was in such disbelief. I asked to review cameras and apparently their cameras “don’t work”. As a loyal customer i would never wish this upon anyone. Please take your hard earned money some where you will be valued and treated as a customer, they are so money hungry and completely unprofessional.

ATTENTION LADIES ! QUAN NAILS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO ,They have poor service and are extremely disrespectful ! On July 7 at 7:00 I went to Quan nail for a full set the person who was doing my nails had no idea what he was doing i don’t know if he was new the the floor or if was just Clueless. My nails had all types of dent and chips in it and by the time he was done filling them down I told him I didn’t like them , So he clipped all of my nail off and told me to get out ??? I responded by telling him no soak these nails off and I will happily leave with my money but he wouldn’t give me the acetone to soak my nail ! I had to ask someone else to get it for me . On top of that there was a young lady who was sitting in a corner and was not serviced so when it was closing time they told her “we can not do yo nail , go home come back tomorrow “ mind you she’s been waitin for 2 HOURS for the one person particular person to do her nail ! QUAN NAILS HAS POOR SERVICES AND ARE EXTREMELY DISREPECTFUL ! Ladies save your money and go somewhere else
