Went in to get a hair style at Tami's hair and nail shop on Fulton ave by the owner Tami who assured my daughter and I with her 25-year experience that she will be capable of cutting my hair in the style of the picture that we brought in. The style that was given does not match the photo by no means. She didn't even attempt to apologize for her drastic mistake. This was the first time I got a haircut. This was a devastating experience
