Luisa was recommended to me by my boyfriend who loves the way she cuts his hair. ( so do I) She toned down the brassy yellow in my very fine color treated blonde hair, without bleaching. I was very happy. My hair felt soft and she gave me a great style. She was very sweet while I gabbed away.

I called this salon to simply schedule an appointment to tone my hair and get a cut. I was interrogated by an extremely rude woman for over a minute and then basically told I was lying about my hair history.....
Ya so at least I didn't waste anymore time considering going here - and while the lady was still being rude I just hung up.
