Let me start by saying I understand when a business is closing and they take a last minute appointment, however I did call at 4:30pm and specifically asked if they had time for a fill. The man on the phone told me to come now because they were closing at 6. I made it to the salon at 4:40pm. The disaster started the second I sat down. Number one they don’t do fills they only do UV gel and not one person told me that even after I saw the women pull the gel
out and told her I didn’t want gel. The response she gave was “oh this is not gel”. I asked for coffin shape because that’s what I already had and she gave me a half round half square shape, not one of my nails is the same shape nor are they the same length. The rushing started midway through around 5:20pm when she had another employee come over and do my other hand, the paint job was awful and wasn’t dry. To top it all off it’s cost me $60 for UV gel that I explained in the beginning I didn’t want !! If they didn’t have time for the fill then they shouldn’t have taken me. This was an awful, rushed, and disgustingly expense experience.

I went there to only get my eyebrows done because it’s closest to my house. I had gotten my nails done from somewhere else earlier that day. After they did my eyebrows the girl asked who did my nails & said “next time come here” rude. I only get gel manicures I doubt they can do more or less a better of a job. Then when we went to pay she asked for a tip as if she did an amazing job. Needless to say I went home & guess who still has some unibrow hairs.. thanks for the “amazing” job you did.

Been going here for years. Recommend it highly. Clean, friendly atmosohere and the technicians are all so skilled and polite.

Very horrible experience! First time here and will never come back. I went with my sister in law for a pedicure and manicure. The girl that did her pedicure was only 16 and did not know what she was doing. I did a gel french manicure and it looks like a child did it. They still have the decency to charge me and expect me to come back and have them fix it. I do not recommend go to oasis. They are over priced for the work they provide.

I don’t even think the girl who did my pedicure took a file to my feet, she also “ picked” my gel nail polish off with a cuticle pusher thing
Worst. Pedicure. Ever
