I went in to this establishment on Tuesday for a gel manicure. I consistently have my nails done with gel manicure every other week, as an executive, for professional appearances. I have been looking for a place to go on the east side consistently instead of driving to another side of town. On recommendation I came here. I am so disappointed I did. First the experience while there was horrific. The nail tech at the second station on the right, was rude, she drilled my polish off from my previous manicure, hurting my nail beds. Most places will file it and then wrap your nails with acetone to take that off. around the tips she did not even take the polish off, she just painted over it. She filed so hard around my cuticles, 2 look bloody still 4 days later. I thought the worst was over when I paid and just left. But when I got home and looked at my nails I could peal off my skin gel polish all the way around, and now on Saturday the polish was lifting off the edges and cuticles and around the nails. I went in to try to show them these problems and get a refund and the same technician, was gruff, told me to sit down 3 times, made me wait 30 minutes, and then told me I did this to myself peeling up the sides. How should that even be possible. Now I will have to deal with the mess she made of my nail beds and pay for a second manicure within 1 week. And this business did not even fix it. Terrible. Don't go here

If I could give no stars I would to write my review... first of all, my nails and toes look like a child done them. I asked for a simple ribbon to bring awareness to childhood brain cancer to my full set. My pedicure was the most painful I'd ever had and they were confused by a ribbon and the tech actually told me they really don't do designs??!! A nail salon with no designs, I should have ran.. but I digress I have uneven and not symmetrical nails now, the sides of my toenails are missing and they used the same pink bucket for everyone's feet as well as the same tools after I was finished. No sanitation. They just removed the plastic from the foot basin and put on a new one. The manicure tools were in a dirty plastic container. They nicked my cuticles and there's paint on my skin. My designs would have been better coming from a preschool. But the ppl were nice so if you're looking for companionship that's the place to go, nails not so much...

I visited this nail salon this past Friday 8.24.18 mid afternoon. I havent been here in a year and was remanded why during this vist. This visit I had a pedi , mani with a gel overlay. During my pedi the lady "anna" was rough and painful so bad she made one of my toes bleed . Then when I was getting my manicure pverlay. The lady pinched my ring finger so hard it hurt and left a red mark. She pinched me after i asked her to put an accent on one of my toe nails to match the accent on my finger nails. But when she pinched my finger, i said you know what, nevermind, she said oh, are you sure, i said yea, its not that deep.

I will NEVER go back. I had a pedicure and paid extra for gel polish. An older gentleman did my pedicure. Very rushed. The polish only lasted a week. I could actually peel it off. Don’t waste your money.
