I was so satisfied with Lush for the two months I’ve been living in Atlanta. They are really sweet, professional, and the salon is clean. The past two days I have been trying to come in for a fill in and pedicure. The first time I called and they said come in 30 minutes which I did and once I was here they said 30 more minutes.
The second time I actually put my name down for 3:30pm and I get here then they tell me 30 minutes. I had a photo shoot yesterday and I have work tonight. I’m so upset. If you can’t accommodate me, please just let me know when I call because I can make arrangements to go elsewhere.
Lush is an amazing salon just make an appointment ahead of time and hope they aren’t busy when it’s time for your appointment.

Went in exactly 1 week ago, sns dip powder didn’t even last a week. Went back to have if fixed they charged me again.

The man that did my nails was rude and unprofessional, his name Is Tim! He kept stopping to tend to other customers. He probably stopped approximately 12 times while I was greeting a manicure. I could have forgiven his actions if he offered a simple apology. He came off VERY cold and Unapologetic. Tim you need to Learn that a great personality makes great customer service! Try to also sympathize with the customer

The lady I got was terrible. Water was cold, she made me bleed, cut my nails too short, didn't shape them. Started to paint my nails with chunky old polish. I had to stop her and get another polish. Also left polish all over my cuticles and fingers. Will not come back.
