I have been here a total of 7 times now. Sometimes I leave happy. Sometimes I do not.
The main things to point out:
It is very large which is great during this pandemic so you don’t feel to close to people.
Some of the people (mostly the males) are very nice.
The sterility is questionable (I have had tools dropped and then still used, I have had instruments used that were clearly not clean, I have been bleeding profusely and the blood wiped off with a brush and put back into the box for later use)
The males seem to always do a thorough job.
My last experience: 4 of my fingers were bleeding because of how rough she was being. It took 5 days for my fingers to not be tender to touch.
They always give you flat, square shape. If you ask for something more rounded, they don’t seem to know what that is.
If you ask for almond, they will give you a more pointed look.
Overall, a 3. Sometimes I leave feeling like a 5. Sometimes a 3. This last time was definitely a 2 and maybe my last time giving it a shot.
It’s so close to my house which is why I have been only coming here, but it may be time to look elsewhere.

I’ve been going here since I moved to San Antonio and used to love coming here because of the great service and reasonable prices. I was just charged $87 for nails that weren’t even long, or had a lot of designs. My lines on my nails are even crooked. My cousin came before and got super long and dramatic designs so how did mine cost MORE than hers? She didn’t even take that long to do them either so why was it so expensive? They didn’t even take their time with mine and my sisters pedicures as well and weren’t very thorough.

Very disappointed in new management, in addition to price change and service. This was my favorite place to go. I have been twice and both times something seem to be wrong. This last visit I spent $125 on my daughter and my self and the message for both was super quick and no real care was taken. The person who was working with my daughter didn’t even know how to put the Parifen wax on her, he just set her foot on top. I guess I was so happy with the management and staff before that this new group does not seem to care about service just getting people in and out.
I wanted to clarify I have been twice since new management. I have been going to this place for years and loved it.

I wanted to like this place because it’s conveniently located but I was so disappointed on my first time. The guy stabbed me with the drill Under my nail and broke skin. It hurt so bad and I told him. Then when he put my accent color, I immediately told him that I didn’t like it and it didn’t look like the samples up front. He expressed the powder and shellac can vary even though they are the same number. It was still wet and he could have wiped it off but refused to. Then to top it off I paid about $50 for this refill/color change. I’ve never paid this much before elsewhere. Will not return.

I love my nails, they are adorable. The nail techs were so kind and took their time to make sure they were perfect! I definitely will get my nails done here again, super professional, clean, and welcoming! :)
