Appointments recommended. Top priority goes to scheduled customers. Sorry, not sorry. That is how it should be. Some customers are just rude cause they couldn't get there walk in appointment. It's obvious ya might have to wait. I've never been to any sort of salon that can take ya immediately without any wait, unless the place is dead and that makes me question whether people like the salon or not. I like to see a busy salon compared to a dead one, because it means people like the place.

Last minute decision on my part. Walked in and they Booked me right in cause they had the time. Next time they asked for me to make an appointment, which everyone should do, but was very nice of them to fit me in like they did. Very friendly people. Clean environment. Not very expensive. Some others walked in later as I was leaving, but by that point they were with their scheduled customers, but they tried their best to accommodate their time for them. Even offered to stay late and book them or come in early morning next day before store officially opened. Some customers were just rude cause they couldn't get there walk in right then, but I think they knew they recommend appointments. Seemed like they had been there before. Can't expect to get a walk in appointment Everytime. Even I had to wait half an hour. I just got lucky they were able to fit me in at all. Overall, I loved it and they will be my go to nail salon. 🤗👍❤️

Worst experience I've ever had! Was supposed to be a mother's day present for myself and my daughter. Turned out to be the most disappointing TWO & HALF hours of our lives and the WORST $88 ever spent! As soon as we got home my daughter asked if I'd be upset if she got the fingernail polish remover!!! Of course not because I was thinking the same damn thing! Never again! And BTW, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT!!!😠

Went in to a completely empty shop, no other customers and one lady working and was immediately told she was too busy to do my nails. I looked around the empty shop and said really? She said yes and told me to come back in a week. Apparently Ann is gone, I don't know who the lady is she left the shop to but she needs to go especially if she's turning away customers at noon on a Friday with a literal empty shop.

Always understaffed. They don't truly take walk-ins. Had me "come back in 30 mins" only to tell me she didn't have time to do my manicure because she had an appointment coming in. Bad business.
