1. The staff is rude; he told me "you don't know nails" as I was correcting his work. I may not know nails but I know what I like! And this was FAR from that.
2. The service was overpriced - $30 for a FILL (even though I was told $20 on the phone, so they also lie).
3. They broke skin. The tech caused 3 different cuticles to bleed from handling so roughly.
This is one of those spas where they want people in and out quick as possible for as much as possible. My nails look cheap and poorly done. They will charge you more in the end, so if you go here thinking you're going to save money - DON'T.
This is your typical Asian-run nail shop but with 10x the disdain for their customers. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Take your business elsewhere.

I’ve learned over the years that most Vietnamese nails shops, NOT ALWAYS, but at times have horrible attitudes towards African American people. I’ve witnessed attitudes in this place from women. If you can’t give excellent customer service and you hate your job but like the money, find something else to do. I advise others if you sense attitude or if you feel like your a nuisance to them for asking to something to your nails. Go somewhere else. Stop patronizing people that can careless about you.
