I am biased as my favorite hairstylist of which has spanned my life has been a long time stylist here. She's definitely the best for listening to you, doing her best no matter the circumstances. Her work ethic is above reproach as is, from what I have seen over these so many years, the other stylists there. They have a solid reputation for being known as one of the best salon's in the Rochester era, and my personal of favorite's being Sherri Carr:) She will give you exactly what you need even if you don't know what it is until she "unveils you." While, she is taking care of you, you really do feel as if you are her only client and what you say is as important to her as it is to you. One, definitely missed placed since moving away!

Down to earth and great stylists. If you just want normal and not super stuffy and overbearing, this place is the best.
