I really miss Kim and Mike. I agree with another recent review. The level of professionalism has decreased. I really wanted to like this place too. First, I realized they used a less quality type of powder on my nails, when on the back wall is the better stuff. Also, Twice I’ve been and two techs have worked on me. Everyone knows that’s an almost guarantee that your hands won’t be the same. What really got me, is even after requesting just ONE tech, they again both started working on them. I just feel as though, being the client, I was disregarded. Another thing that got to me was, when I said I didn’t like dipped nails it was an ordeal to them. We all have our preferences and mine is simply acrylic. Period. Don’t interrogate my decision. My nails are incredibly thin, though the shape is pretty decent which is for the second star. Aside from that, I’m just really over this place and their attitude they project. Should’ve just walked out when my instinct told me to.

The level of professionalism and customer service has definitely not the same after the change in management. I had to shape my own nails because the tech wasn't pleased that I was explaining how I wanted my nails to be shaped. She literally gave me the file and walked away.

Kim was great! I received my usual King Pedicure with free complimentary drinks. Very professional and fast. This place is wonderful with wonderful staff. Kudos!!

I went in on Wednesday to get a fresh set of dip nails. WEDNESDAY. The usual salon I go to was closed for some reason so I settled for this place, I had a friend refer me. Firstly my set usually last me 3 weeks to a month(at my usual nail salon) and I’m in the medical field so I was my hands ALOT! I got there the lady proceeded to take the dip off. Soaked me for like 10 minutes and tried ripping it off of my nails. I had to repeatedly tell her that these are my real nails. And she kept trying to snip them! Once she FINALLY got all of it off. She began the process. Well firstly I noticed she didn’t do the same steps as my usual nail tech but hey every salon is different righhht. She dipped my nails only twice leaving it not very strong. Also used clear nail polish to finish me up. I was super exhausted so I just went with it. As soon as I got home I realized they were extremely streaky! There wasn’t one nail with a smooth finish. And a few of my nails were shaped jagged. So the next day I went back (Thursday 02/28) and asked them to fix it and put the UV light on them, which they did. And they looked okay when I walked out. Well NOW they are already lifting on the sides. Honestly such a waste of money and time.

My sisters and I go here, and we love the ladies! Service is good and always good coversation and laughs.
