They got a new manager that seems to actually care about the store. He has done such an incredible job of making the store look shoppable and clean. He's very polite and helpful! The other employees could learn a lot from him and I hope they follow his lead and start caring about the store instead of standing around with their noses in their phones ignoring customers. This new manager gives me hope that this hot topic can be my favorite place to shop again.

The store looks disgusting. It's like a tornado went through it and I couldn't find anything. The associates were all on their phones at the counter and completely ignored me as well as all the other customers. I never got greeted nor was I ever told what the promos were. There were a ton of people without masks in the store. There were cardboard boxes all over the back of the store with product in them and the fitting rooms were inaccessible. Half of the clothing in the store was on the floor.

My husband and i were visiting Pensacola and was wasting time until the weather got better. We went the day before and knew the procedures of wearing a mask and limited entry and we respected them. The second day we came we had our masks on and ready to go but for some reason the lady that was handing the door wanted to follow me rudely and yelling at me to cover my nose with my mask. I repeatedly told her it was and I’m not sure what she wanted from me. I felt harassed and left the store not purchasing what i came for.
