I love this salon! It is beautiful, clean and pleasant. One of the only salons I feel I can come and relax and enjoy my self-care break!
Professionals are incredible and really nice. They focus on giving you the best service, and make you feel special. Only had good experiences here, highly recommend it!

Amazing people they make me feel welcomed.. the service was impeccable I will definitely make this place my regular spot.. I was looking everywhere in Miami for a nail salon that treats there customers right and I am happy I found it! :) Thank you

Worst salon nail quality. The place is very clean. Staff is nice until you try to correct them because they don’t want to do perfect job, they just do whatever. It took me a while to explain what I wanted, the girl at front desk was translating for me from English to Spanish to the lady that was doing my nails. I showed picture and said this is what I want for my manicure. When lady started doing my nails I showed her picture again and she was surprised and giving attitude and weird face, like I am asking too much. The front desk lady said first it will be one price, then I payed completely different price when checked out and it was way more on top of the price they said.
I did gel extension, they chipped on the first week. Forget to tell them they are wrong because they will make anything to make you look like you are the crazy customer.
The place is very clean, i give 5 stars to cleanliness.

Just got my nails done at ALIBI and had a great experience! I’ve been looking for a new nail salon to go to regularly and believe I’ve just found my spot. It was clean and service was great. Xiomara did a great job on my nails! They look perfect and I will definitely be coming back to see her soon.

I had an appointment at 5:00 pm. When I went they said there would be a 10-15 min wait. When the lady started my nails at 5:15, she was taken away to do someone’s hair at 5:20. No one did my nails and I waited an hour, so at 6 I left. One lady was really nice, but it was kind of like they had forgotten I was there.
