The visited was great, but I have to say when I called to set up the appointment, I did not know that I would be charged $120- for being a new patient. I called many times and was told that the gal who handles the billing was out- after two weeks- when she finally returned my call, she stated that any new doctor you go to has a new patient charge. (bull) I told her that they should of told me when I made the appointment. Clearly, they are trying to make money off of new patients. I will never go back here again. I would of been ok with a $20 charge but $120 is not fair, and I have insurance. Of, course I would not expect my insurance company to pay this- its not a insurable service.
